Before you book.

Is ad spend included in the fee?

No. The fee covers Raintree's management, creative, testing, and reporting. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and billed by them. We'll forecast the right budget with you before anything goes live.

How do I choose between Bi-weekly and Weekly creative?

Spend level is the simplest signal. Under $50K/month, Bi-weekly is plenty. The algorithm needs time to learn between refreshes, and you'll see clear results without burning through angles. Over $50K, Weekly keeps the funnel full and audiences fresh as you scale.

Can I switch between plans?

Any time. Start on Bi-weekly and move to Weekly when your spend crosses $50K. Or step down when you scale back. Either direction works without penalty. Same goes for switching between 1-month and 3-month billing.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

$5K a month on Meta is where the math starts working for both sides. Below that, we'll happily point you somewhere better-suited.

How long until ads are live?

Seven days from contract signing. Onboarding audit, account setup, tracking, and first creative batch all run in parallel during week one.

What happens at the end of the three months?

Your subscription continues automatically so the work keeps compounding. Switch to month-to-month billing any time at the higher rate, or cancel any time, no questions and no penalty.

Who's actually on my account?

Will. No agency layers. The person on your sales call is the person on your account, and the person you'll talk to every two weeks.
