This Privacy Policy describes how Raintree Ads (“Raintree Ads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit raintreeads.com (the “Site”), book a strategy session, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Raintree Ads is a performance marketing agency operated by Raintree Ads LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We operate as a fully remote business and conduct all client work via email, phone, and video conferencing.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Booking information. When you schedule a strategy session through our Calendly integration, we receive your name, email address, time zone, and any answers to questions on the booking form (e.g., company name, ad spend, what you'd like to discuss). If you opt in, we also receive your phone number for SMS reminders.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share (name, email address, message contents, attachments).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data. We automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, click events, and approximate geographic location (derived from IP).
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and deliver the strategy sessions and services you request.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website and marketing campaigns (including conversion tracking and ad optimization).
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, calendar invites).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to analyze traffic. The categories include:

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to operate (e.g., loading content from our hosting provider, Vercel).
  • Analytics. Google Tag Manager and connected analytics tools help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ad performance and to retarget visitors with relevant ads on Meta and Google properties.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of personalized advertising at facebook.com/adpreferences, adssettings.google.com, and optout.aboutads.info.

5. Third parties we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate the Site and our business:

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling.
  • Google — Tag Manager, Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement.
  • Google Fonts — web font delivery.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms. We may also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you request and to comply with legal obligations. Booking records and email correspondence are typically retained for [24 months] after our last interaction unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined under California and Texas law).
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email where appropriate.
