Raintree Ads LLC (“Raintree Ads,” “we,” “us”) runs raintreeads.com and the free tools on it. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It also covers the data we handle when we manage advertising for clients through platform APIs.
Raintree Ads LLC is a Texas limited liability company, fully remote. We are a performance marketing agency that plans, runs, and measures digital advertising for clients, primarily on Meta platforms. You can reach us at will@raintreeads.com.
When you contact us, book a call, or run the free tracking audit, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email address, company, website URL, and anything you include in a message or booking form.
Six third party services run on this site. Here is each one, what it collects, and where to read more or opt out.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For interest-based advertising generally, you can also opt out at optout.aboutads.info.
When you submit a URL to our audit tool, our server fetches publicly accessible pages of that site to check its tracking setup and produce the report. We do not log in to anything, bypass any access controls, or read private data. We store scan results temporarily so your report loads and so we can fix failed scans. The email field is optional: if you fill it in, we use it to send you the report and one reminder to re-scan. That is the only use.
We operate a Meta app that connects to Meta’s Marketing API and Ad Library API so we can manage and report on client advertising. Through that app we may access:
We access a business’s data only with the authorization of the business that owns the account. We use it solely to provide advertising management and reporting to that client. We never sell it. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run our systems: Vercel, Google Workspace, and Supabase. We retain it for the length of the client engagement plus a reasonable backup window, then delete it.
A business can revoke our access at any time in its Facebook settings under Business Integrations. On revocation, or on request, we delete the data we hold from that account. Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell personal information. We share it in three cases: with the infrastructure providers that run our systems (Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email and documents, Supabase for our database), with a client when the information belongs to their own engagement, and when the law requires it. The analytics and advertising vendors above receive data as described in their own sections.
We keep personal information only as long as the purpose it was collected for. Audit scan results are stored temporarily. Email inquiries stay as long as the conversation is active plus our normal backup window. Client platform data follows the Meta section above. When the purpose ends, we delete the data.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you these rights by statute, along with the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to appeal if we decline a request. Email will@raintreeads.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of other states with similar laws get the same treatment.
Email will@raintreeads.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and tell us what you want removed. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
If you connected with us through Facebook, you can also remove our app directly: open your Facebook Settings, go to Business Integrations, find Raintree Ads, and remove it. Removing the app triggers the same deletion.
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Advertising platform credentials and API keys are stored server side and never exposed in the browser. Access to client data is limited to the people working on that account.
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Use of this site is also governed by our Terms of Service.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
